Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Note: During high-volume periods (such as Black Friday or Christmas), processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer the following shipping options for deliveries within the United Kingdom:

3. How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 4 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@shokiltextile.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

4. Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes due to courier restrictions.

5. Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

Change of Mind: You must notify us within 14 days of receipt. You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Damaged Items: In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@shokiltextile.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
Faulty Goods: Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a full refund for faulty goods if reported within 30 days of delivery.
